Join Marisa McCutchen, LCMHC and Mindy Glover, Pre-Licensed Therapist for this supportive and informative group to help you ride the wave of being a new parent. This is a 6 week group that meets in person on Tuesdays from 11-12:30p. The group runs from March 18th to April 22nd.
It is meant for new mothers with babies from 0-4 months old. We will cover topics like the Roller Coaster of Emotions, Changes in Relationships, Myths of Motherhood, and your Relationship with Yourself. Each group session has opportunites to learn information, to practice strategies for supporting your mental health, and room to share your experience with others (if you choose).
Feel free to bring your baby, but you are also welcome to come by yourself.
The group is in-person at our location at 221 Old Concord Turnpike, Unit A, Barrington, NH 03825. Parking in the front or rear lots available. Enter through the purple door.
